The dinner my parents had prepared for me when I came back to Louisville Thursday night:

Catfish in soy sauce (my favorite way of preparing fish), water spinach (my favorite vegetable dish), a soup with pork ribs (one of my favorite meat dishes) and quail eggs (my favorite egg), and sweet tea with boba that my mom saved from the restaurant (one of my favorite drinks).

Also, the dinner was ready fifteen minutes after I walked in the door. ^_^

I can't wait for the holidays.
